Market 17 strongly believes in only serving the freshest ingredients possible. We can't do that without great purveyors. We painstakingly seek out producers who share our vision of clean food from sustainable sources. To us that means no unneccessary pesticides, chemicals, hormones or animal raised in a cruel environment.
