Shrimp salad Welcome to Market 17. Our Ft Lauderdale restaurant located at Portside is a unique farm-to-table organic restaurant, or as we like to call it "wine country cuisine". We focus on excellence and believe in serving delicious creative food with an emphasis on amazing flavor, freshness and prime sourcing. We only serve clean, fresh food. The fish and seafood are caught by fisherman, the meat and poultry produced by ranchers, and the produce provided by farmers. Food at Market 17 will not contain any unnecessary pesticides, chemicals, hormones or steroids. All dishes are prepared from scratch daily, utilizing traditional French techniques, where each ingredient is fully utilized. We strongly believe this approach to food simply, tastes the best! Our menu changes daily and we always offer amazing tasting menus for you to sample what Chef Daniel Ramos has created.

Our staff will be continually educated on food and wine for the benefit of our guests. Our high standard for service at Market 17 is Par Excellence, period.

In addition to the superior food and service, Market 17 is very serious about wine and spirits. Both owners Aaron and Kirsta are Sommeliers, and are very excited to share their passion for wine with the guests of Market 17. We have a diverse and eclectic international list with over 350 labels and that is always expanding. We have a talented bar staff that incorporates the farm fresh theme into our specialty cocktails.
